Mll Palma Bay Club Resort, El Arenal (Mallorca)

My stay at the Rio Bay Hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room was very spacious with 4 single beds, although it lacked a balcony or terrace. The decor was outdated and the beds were uncomfortable, reminding me of another outdated hotel called Rio outside the facility. The service was overall friendly, except for one grumpy bar man dealing with a lot of German holiday-makers. The location was not the cleanest, reflecting the less desirable aspects of El Arenal, but it was near enough to the promenade. The dining experience, while somewhat edible, was not exceptional. However, the hotel offered healthy salads for a touch of variety. Additional details - Positive: spacious rooms; Negative: uncomfortable beds, poor cleanliness.

My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms, located on the first floor in the building named Copacabana, were fine and cleaned daily. Although my room was next to the entrance, it was still comfortable. The service was exceptional, with staff members working tirelessly and offering great assistance even under pressure. The location was fantastic, close to the beach and a bus station for easy access to the city center. However, the dining experience was so-so and could use some improvement. Despite that, I found the facilities to be satisfactory during my stay.
